Confirmation of registration, together with a Tax Invoice, will be sent to you on receipt of your registration. Should you not receive the above documents within 48 hours of registration, please contact Ripcord Promotions to ensure that your registration has been received. Having submitted the on-line registration form, the applicant accepts responsibility for full payment of the registration fee without prejudice. An invoice will be issued on registration and payment is due within seven (7) days from receipt of invoice. Payment must be received in full prior to the conference.
All cancellations and refund requests must be submitted in writing to the Conference Secretariat – firstname.lastname@example.org.
No shows are liable for full registration fee. Accommodation payments will be refunded only if the reservation can be allocated to another delegate.
Delegates may be substituted at a fee of R500 up until 1 July 2016 and substitutions must be made in writing.
PROTECTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
In registering for The Insurance Conference 2016 – Business Unusual, relevant details will be incorporated into a participant list for the benefit of all delegates. Normally this information would be: name, surname, institution, country and email address. These details may also be available to parties directly related to the Conference including the venues and accommodation providers. IISA may use these details to inform current participants of Conference updates or future conferences via email. Participants are responsible for advising IISA if they do not wish to have their email addresses included in the conference participant list or IISA’s distribution list for future events.
The Committee of The Insurance Conference 2016 – (referred to as the "Conference") will do everything possible to ensure that your attendance at the Conference will be as comfortable as possible. The Conference, any member or members of its committee and its appointed agents or sub-contractors, act on the basis that they attend to the arrangements of the Conference for the convenience of the Conference delegates. They perform all tasks on condition that the Conference, any member or members of its committee and its appointed agents or other sub-contractors cannot be held responsible or liable for any loss, personal injury, damage or inconvenience (however arising) experienced by delegates of the Conference; neither can they be held responsible or liable for unforeseen partial or total cancellation of the event for which no refunds can be guaranteed.
