Red Balloon - Event Administration Solutions, based in Gauteng, South Africa was established in July 2006 and provides event administration services and online registration facilities to Event Managers and Professional Conference Organisers.

Owner, Migan Denny, has used her experience in the events and conferencing industry and identified the need for a streamlined, more time efficient and paper friendly process particularly with delegate registrations and rsvp management.

 Migan also realised that there was a need for small and medium-sized organisations to have affordable technological solutions. Red Balloon uses web-based software that is custom designed to suit the requirements of each special event, large or small.

Having worked on a broad gamut of projects from international and local conferences to private weddings, outbound incentive trips, large outdoor and corporate events, Migan finds the industry exciting and exhilarating.

 Migan is a SAACI member and serves on the SAACI NTB Committee. She was appointed to do the onlineregistration for the monthly SAACI NTB networking events and has been successfully doing so since 2007.

Before starting her business she was employed by corporates such as Coca Cola, DST International and Synovate as well as a number of small to medium sized Events companies.
